At Arcane Intelligent Systems, customer satisfaction is important to us. All purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which handles billing, payments, and refunds on our behalf.
Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@arcsys.one with your account details and order information. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle's buyer portal using the link in your purchase confirmation email.
Subscriptions and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that period ends. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically complete within 5–10 business days.
